Complimentary Card

If you want us to help fill a compliment card, don’t forget to put a card into the cart.
Basic card is for free. You may choose for upgraded card too.
If we don't see you put any card in the cart, we will deliver the flowers set without any compliment card attached.

Delivery Cost INFO

We provide free delivery for all locations except such areas as airport, remote areas, restricted areas...etc.
Once we have received your order, if there is any additional charge, we will confirm the additional cost with you before we make the delivery. If you don't accept it, we will return full payment to you without handling fee.

SHIPPING INFO

We send the flowers on the date of requested by you, in-between 10 am and 6 pm.
We also make delivery for extra time frame with extra paid of HKD 100-200, or HKD 200-300 during festival periods.

​Festivals

Except we put on seasonal sales labels, all discounted prices are not applicable during the festival periods. Original prices will be applied 3 days before and after the festival starts. We will clarify with you upon receipt of orders, if there is any correction.

有關運費： 我們為全港各區提供免費配送服務，除機場、偏遠地區、禁區外。當我們接到您的訂單後，如果有任何額外費用，我們會在配送前先與您確認。如果您不接受相關費用，我們將會全額退還給您，並且不扣除任何費用。

送花時間： 我們會在您要求發貨當天的上午10點到下午6點之間送貨。 

如果您要求在特定的時間段送貨，我們需要收取港幣100-200元的額外費用 (節日前後3天送貨的為港幣200-300元）。

心意卡： 本店提供的基本心意卡是免費的，你也可以選擇其它升級版的心意卡。

如果你想我們在送花品時附上心意卡，別忘記在訂購花品時，同時把心意卡加入購物車中。

如果您的購物車中沒有添加心意卡，我們送花時將不會附帶任何心意卡。

節日期間： 除了本店有清晰標明節日優惠外 ，所有特價優惠在節日前後3日送貨的並不適用。我們在收到訂單後，會為你核實并確認；如果修正，我們會主動聯絡你。
